Student Midwives

Andrea has been the mentor and preceptor of many incredible midwives in San Diego and beyond. Exchanging decades of wisdom and knowledge for the enthusiasm and energy of student midwives is an integral piece of Ocean Midwives. Allowing students to be a part of your care provides fresh and updated perspectives, all while the sage experience of a senior midwife holds everyone under her watchful eye. This ever-shifting model of balance serves mothers, midwives and the birth community as a whole.

Should you choose one of our senior Student Midwives as your primary care provider under supervision, Ocean Midwives is currently offering a sliding scale discount. This package price includes all of your prenatal care, your birth at home and all of your postpartum visits with our team.
